3. Knowing, wanting to execute but not able (equivalent to having the will but not the way, no clear path, 1% of people)
4. Knowing, being able to execute, but direct with detection (not clever enough to cover bases/have the right contacts) leading to a careless conclusion, contest, and eventual self destruction, 0.0000001%)
5. Knowing, being able to execute, and executing indirectly with little or no detection by covering bases and having the right contacts and cover stories deflecting truth to another party (governments today, 0.00000001%)
6. Knowing, being able to execute without detection, indirect/anonymous while furthering in tandem another goal, or chain of goals (the perfect move, ghost, bitcoin founder, the watcher, the Feathermen, black hat hackers/white hat hackers, 0.000000001%)
